Loaded paper bag with Tsunami Rose Designs

I had the pleasure of working with Tsunami Rose Designs Rose Notecards kit this month. It is a 2 part project. One was to design a craft project with the kit and the other was to make a journal. Here I am sharing the craft project, which is a loaded paper bag.

The Rose Notecards kit is so classic, with it’s grey, white, black and pink colours. It is a kit that seems to go with everything. I made this loaded paper bag for a swap with a friend from Finland, so I made most of the items removable so that if she chooses to, she can use the ephemera on another project for herself. I was also able to include so many other goodies in this bag, because it has so much room. However, most of the decoration and ephemera came from the Tsunami Rose Kit. I also included some other ephemera pieces from another TRD kit, it really does go so well together.

This loaded paper bag can also be added as a pocket into a journal, and it makes for a very large and generous place to keep extra goodies in for the journals, glue books, smash books, etc.

So here is the bag fully loaded with the ephemera:

A close up of the items and the little details that make it that much more special:

I don’t think this needs a video to explain the process, but if anyone wants to know how to put one together, let me know. πŸ™‚

Stay tuned for part 2 of this fun kit.
