Junk Journal Design Team Project for Tsunami Rose Designs :-)

EEEEKKKKK! This is my first design team project for Tsunami Rose Designs. I love working with digital images and specially one’s that are so versatile, images that can be used really on any projects out there. My first design team assignment is for a junk journal using digital kits from Tsunami Rose Designs on Etsy: http://bit.ly/tsunamirose, I love every page on this journal, I used a mix of a few designs from the shop as well as some of the ephemera packs.

For those of us that love anything junk journals or paper crafting, this is the best of both worlds. You can print out the pages/images from the comfort of your home and play with the sizes as well. This also helps with little to no waste of paper because you get to pick what you want to work with, and don’t have to have paper pads around that may or may not be used in a project due to size / colour / design / style. You pick what you want to use, print when you want to print and size to whatever project you decide to do, I love this!

For this journal I used a manila file folder, and used the extra cut out pieces to reinforce the cover (so no part of the file folder was wasted) it turned out so sturdy and the colour of the file folder helped with keeping a nice neutral / natural tone to the journal cover. Here are some pictures.

Check out the shop information and additional place to find Tsunami Rose. Did I mention that the kits are $2.50 US? Yep, you read that correct, only $2.50 for gorgeous images!!

Design Team project for EVG – November edition :-)

Hi Everyone,

I am so happy to share my latest project as a design team member for Ephemera’s Vintage Garden. I worked with the “Love is Chic” collection once again, and this time created a soft cover journal, using many of the kits designs as well as added the usual ‘junkie paper’ items that I so enjoy using. I love this kit, and I started working on a few other projects with it as well, I ended up completing this one first. So here it is:

I do have videos on my journals, the inside pages.
